"I am often asked to write letters for recommendations and rarely do.  This letter is being written on my own— I was not asked to do so.  Signature Custom Home Painting, LLC did such a great job that I wanted to share our experience.  My wife and I purchased a H.U.D. foreclosed home on 5 acres in the country.  The home was built in the early 80’s and was abandoned for about 5 years before our purchase.
